Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan never asks for a card. You only enter payment details when you decide to move to Pro — and you can cancel anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the period. Your content, models and API keys stay exactly where they are.
What counts as an AI request?
Each AI-assisted generation — a text suggestion, summary, title, etc. On Hobby and Pro this limit is unlimited.
What are invited external users?
They are collaborators from other tenants that you invite to work in your workspace, without needing their own account in it. The limit varies by plan: 1 on Free, 5 on Hobby and 20 on Pro.
What happens if I go over the limit?
Nothing breaks mid-month: your content stays live. We warn you ahead of time and talk through the plan that fits your volume.
